Entry rules to Azerbaijan

Starting from 06:00 on March 28, 2023, all restrictions on air transport related to the COVID-19 pandemic have been lifted. Citizens of Azerbaijan, as well as other countries traveling to Azerbaijan, are no longer required to provide a certificate of vaccination and a negative PCR test when entering the country. We would like to note that the ban on entry and exit to Azerbaijan by land is still in force.
